-------------
This hotel is an architectural marvel where everything is planned to impress us. Bright hall, gilding, simply crazy elevators with benches to sit on. Spacious pool, rooms offer equally breathtaking views. Unfortunately it stops there.
Everything else is just appearance. The rooms are full of home automation, but enough is enough. I had to call a technician twice because the blinds were broken.
The security guard at the entrance to the access ramp thought he was protecting a safe, he ran after me to ask me what I was doing there. During the day it doesn't pose a problem coming and going, but obviously in the evening yes, it's hard to understand.
The reception at the bar is simply disastrous. It is impossible to consume the products offered in the hotel's room at my table.
However, I must have the honesty to recognize that my Platinum status was recognized for an upgrade and benefit from a late check-out.
In conclusion, at the risk of sounding harsh, this hotel is ideal for showing off for a night and is clearly not worth the price of €415 per night. I won't go back, there are much better Accor hotels for much cheaper in the center of Doha.
